Many times in process safety it all comes down to how to be effective at delivering a message, be it writing a clear operating procedure, planning the response of an emergency team, displaying complex data or effectively leading a PHA. Papers are sought dealing with that not so obvious skillset that every process safety professional should have, particularly interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, negotiation, creative brainstorming among others. Overview and success story type papers are encouraged.
