This presentation will focus on the potential effects changes in personnel have on the Management of Change element of a Process Safety Management program, and will provide guidance on how to integrate the Management of Change element into the overall PSM program.

Attendees will have a greater understanding of the effects of staff changes (such as promotions, retirement, resignation or termination), and changes in roles and responsibilities and their impact on Process Safety Management.  In addition participants will have a better understanding of how to develop an MOC program that anticipates future personnel changes and can facilitate personnel transitions with minimal impact to the PSM program’s overall operation.
