(95b) BACT in Air Pollution Control

Best Available Control Technology for air pollution is mandated by many regulatory agencies for projects above certain thresholds. The Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting guidance recommends selection of control technology using a top-down process. This session will cover the structure of the top-down selection process and basic cost effectiveness calculations using USEPA methods.
