(195c) Real-Time Analytic Dashboard Visualization

This session will focus on effective dashboard visualization to ensure real-time analytics projects achieve success.  We will highlight examples of dashboard designs along the rationale for their use, and will discuss strategies for organizing and managing projects like these.   We will also explore best practices for harnessing management support and funding, along with ensuring the project achieves its goals.  Finally we will address implementation tips for developing organizational habits to maximize the effectiveness of the system.
