(81b) Research on Urban Dispersion of Oil and Gas Pipeline Accidents

Urban oil and gas pipeline accidents’ impacts on personnel, facilities, materials, environment, society and other domains are analyzed from the perspectives of characteristics of accidents, vulnerability of hazard-affected bodies, vulnerability of emergency rescue capability. Evaluation index system is established by applying artificial neural network theory and system safety methods. The risk of hazard-affected bodies is studied according to different accident scenarios based on SAFETI. People rescue is put emphasis while the core is time management and the emergency evacuation and rescue model is built. Besides, we propose control measures to reduce the urban oil and gas pipeline accidents’ risk from personnel, equipment, management and environment.
