(114b) Project Changes in Gas Monetization: Pitfalls or Success

Looking at potential Gas Monetization projects can be a daunting task. What can make them more daunting is the prospect of changes in the development and operation of the project. Some changes can be managed during the life of the project: some raw material sources, contract price for finished goods, etc. But other changes can drastically change the project; some move the project from viable to uneconomical. Most of these changes are out of the control of the operator, but with proper planning, some changes can be mitigated during the design phase of a project. This presentation will talk about some considerations that need to be discussed and planned for during the early stages of a project in order to maximize the success of the project.
