(115c) 1st Year Experience of a Young Manager in a Chemical Manufacturing Unit

Donna Bryant has been Unit Superintendent of the Environmental Operations Unit at Syngenta in St. Gabriel, LA for a little over a year. In this time she has learned a lot about managing people, especially people that are older than her. In this presentation, she will be discussing what she has learned over this past year, what she wishes she had known when she started, and what skills she plans to expand upon.
