Mechanical Integrity is a basic requirement of PSM/RMP and should be an integral part of any process safety program. This workshop will look at lessons learned from industry incidents and examine process safety management auditing, looking at the common deficiencies related to mechanical integrity and reliability. PSM key success factors will be discussed to highlight the core elements of successful process safety programs.
