(54df) Analysis on Safety Management of Three Additives for Ethylene Plant

Because of the need of technology and equipment, different additives is injected in different procedures of Ethylene production process. These additives have different physical and chemical properties, and have negative effects on corrosion, toxicity or adverse effects on the environment. These additives’ management is an important part of the safety management of chemical production process, this paper carries on the discussion of safety management from the additives’ transportation, on-site storage and filling process of the additives, to standardize management better, and better protect the environment and personnel safety.
