The gas phase fluidized bed technology of PE is widely used in the chemical industry, its character is the requirement of very pure raw material .And the individual impurity content is less than 0.1mg/kg, total content is not more than 1mg/kg. According to the device running state when the carbon oxide (CO and CO2) content in ethylene is out of the standard,we do the analysis and summarization about the process of device parameters and actual operating condition. It is concluded that the problem of raw ethylene which the carbon oxide is out of standard cause the following questions. For example, the catalyst activity decreases significantly, reaction temperature fluctuates frequently, reactor electrostatic increases, the hydrogen modulation and copolymerization performance decrease and the fraction of small particles increases. Therefore, the corresponding measures have been made to solve the similar problem of the fluctuation of the impurity content of raw materials.
