(54do) Application of Safety Instrument System in the Process of Safety Management of Coal Oil Chemical Process

This paper briefly introduces the composition, function and characteristics of the safety instrument system, and briefly introduces the application of Tricon, the SIS system of Triconex company, in the project of methanol branch of shenhuining coal group. Both gasification, synthesis and sulfur recovery of methanol branch use the SIS system Tricon. Tricon safety instrument system all the hardware and software are from German tuv certification, with a triple redundant I/O bus and triple redundant communication bus, separated from each other, no bus management module, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment. Tricon has a scanning cycle of up to 25ms, with a diagnostic coverage rate of 99.9% and 99.999% of the system. The Tricon safety instrument system greatly improves the safety and reliability of the device and reduces the safety hazard.
