(94c) Application of Safety Management Information System in Hsse Management System of Sinopec

During the construction and application of HSSE management system, there are some problems, such as low efficiency of operation, ununified standard implementation and low degree of control. The information technology based on HSSE management system is able to solve the typical problems in current implementation and operation of the system. This article investigated the application of information system in various energy and chemical enterprises, introduced the design structure, service functions of the Safety Management Information System and its role in HSSE management. The design method of operation process is illustrated through the risk control and hazard indentification, with the establishment of this system, the operation effectiveness of HSSE management system can be improved.
