A success story regarding Open Innovation techniques employed by Pulse Combustion Systems will be presented along with case studies.
We start with a brief background of our technology, followed by a description of our recent focus on solving customer problems via Cooperative R&D. We will present lessons learned and will also show how the company is growing rapidly as a result of using Innovation in a proactive and collaborative manner to solve customer problems. Four cases will be presented to highlight the successes and challenges of the Open Innovation Model.
