Wade will explore the evolution of the risk management process from a leadership perspective and how this has shaped his views on who should own the risk management process. He will also share how the speed and breadth of information through social media has added another dimension to managing enterprise risk. He will outline how this added dimension develops a case for a different approach to recalibrate the public perception of risk and reward in the chemical industry.
