- Rates: Member rate applies to AIChE Members.
- Undergraduates: Your 2022 AIChE Annual Student Conference (ASC) registration includes access to all ASC Events, as well as complimentary access to sessions of the 2022 AIChE Annual Meeting. All rates also include permanent access to the online proceedings and access to the recordings for 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests called in at 1-800-242-4363 (domestic), +1 203-702-7660 (outside the United States), or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than November 1, 2022, 11:59 PM ET will receive a full refund less $25 USD in processing charges. After November 1, 2022, no full registration refunds will be given.
Registration Policy
AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.
