AIChE has negotiated special rates for the 2024 Annual Student Conference in San Diego, CA. Use the direct booking link and follow booking instructions where noted to get the AIChE rate. All reservations must be received by the date indicated below to guarantee availability and conference rates. After the date noted below, reservations will be made based on availability and hotel may charge higher rates.

Reservation Cancellation: The party will have up to 48 hours prior to arrival date to cancel their reservation without penalty. Inside the 48 hours, the party will be charged one night room and tax. All subsequent nights will be cancelled automatically without additional charges. The same policy will apply to “no shows.
How to get to the Convention Center from the Hotel?
Transportation Options:
- Trolley: Stop is 6 blocks away from hotel and drops-off right in front of the Convention Center
- Circuit: It is a free transportation shuttle that operates downtown. Will pick-up at the hotel and drop off at the Convention Center
- Bus: There is a bus stop 2 blocks from the hotel and drops-off about 3 blocks from the Convention Center
- Walk: First Avenue runs from the hotel directly to the Convention Center. Walking Time - roughly 15-20 minutes
- Cab/Uber/Lyft: It is about $15 each way from the Hotel to the Convention Center and back
