2024 Annual Student Conference Registration Information

We are pleased to share that we have a new group registration process for 2024! This process allows us to collect critical information (ADA needs, dietary information, emergency contact info, and more) directly from each person attending our conference. Here's how it works:

1. To initiate a group registration, please click here no later than Friday, October 4, 2024 to supply our customer service team with the requested information.
2. AIChE will issue you an invoice.
3. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a code to distribute to your individual registrants.
4. Each registrant will complete the online registration process, entering the code in the "Promotion Code" field during checkout. The code will bring their price for base conference registration to $0. The code will only work for the number of registrants covered by your invoice.
5. Individual registrants will be required to select and pay for their own ticketed events. Some of these are free while other have an associated price. University are welcome to reimburse their individual registrants directly if they wish to cover those costs.

In order for staff and students to obtain member pricing, please make sure they have joined/renewed their AIChE memberships as applicable prior to requesting your invoice. Group registration is available for faculty provided that all registering faculty are active AIChE members. Group registration is not available for non-AIChE members.

The deadline to submit a group registration request is Friday, October 4, 2024.

Registration Policy

AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Cancellation requests called in at 1-800-242-4363 (domestic), +1 203-702-7660 (outside the United States), or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than 2 weeks prior to meeting start date, 11:59pm ET will receive a full

refund less $25 USD in processing charges. After 2 weeks prior to meeting start date, no full registration refunds will be given.

U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.

Your badge is required for entry to all Annual Student Conference and Annual Meeting events. This year, we are implementing a $5 reprinting fee for all lost or misplaced badges. Don't forget to grab your badge on your way out of your hotel room!
