Funding Opportunities Available: Thanks to the generous support of the AIChE® Foundation, we are pleased to announce that student and post-doc attendees have the opportunity to apply for financial support to attend the 6th Battery and Energy Storage Conference!

Awardees will recieve complimentary registration. There is also up to $500 in travel support available for each applicant on a limited basis.

What's included in this registration?
Registration includes:

Admission to all sessions, scheduled meals, breaks, networking events, receptioons, and conference proceedings, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the conference.
Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.
This event is scheduled to be fully in-person. No virtual access portion will be available. We cannot wait to meet with you all.

Site Entry: All visitors and users must be pre-authorized and issued a visitor gate pass or user badge prior to entry to the Kimmel Center. Please register ahead of time to allow for access.

Recording & Photography Policy
AIChE Meetings are one of the primary ways the Institute fulfills its mission to advance the development and exchange of relevant knowledge. The content presented at this event is the property of the presenters and the firms where they work. Recording of sessions or taking photos of slides is strictly prohibited.
AIChE staff members may take photos during the conference. These photos will be used on the AIChE website and in promotional materials for future Meetings. By registering for this conference, you consent to your likeness being used for such purposes without compensation and release AIChE from any liability on account of such usage.

Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.

If you require a visa or invitation letter, please send the following information to invitationletters@aiche.org:

- Proof of registration
- Full Name
- Company/University
- Address
- Any additional necessary information, such as passport or identification information
Letters will be sent via email as PDFs and will contain general event information such as dates and venues. If more specific event information is required, please let us know.
Certificates and Professional Development Hours (PDH)
All conference attendees are qualified to receive Professional Development Hours (PDH). You will receive 8 PDH for each of the days that you attended the conference/short courses.
You will be able to request or download a letter or certificate of participation after the meeting has concluded. There are two ways to obtain these documents:
- Conference Speakers and Chairs can generate a letter and certificate of participation via their Confex Gateway. If you need help accessing Confex, please contact programming@aiche.org
- Attendees and other participants can contact certificates@aiche.org to obtain a letter and/or certificate.

AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
