Cancellation Policy
Due to uncertainty related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), AIChE is relaxing its cancellation policy. Until further notice, you can cancel for any reason until the day before the event.
- Cancellation requests can be made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States), or by emailing customerservice@aiche.org.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at no charge.
