We are pleased to announce that C.W. Clark, P.E., Director of the Compliance & Enforcement Division of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, will be giving a presentation on engineering ethics and professionalism.

Professional Practice Update / Ethics
Mr. Clark will discuss recent/future changes and updates to the Board; the most recent legislative changes to the statute that resulted from the Sunset Commission’s evaluation of the agency; as well as Self Directed Semi Independent status. He will present several new ethical scenarios in an interactive approach. CW will also share with the group some of the current and ongoing changes that are currently in process at the agency and how it might apply to the licensed community.
This presentation will meet the one-hour ethics requirement of the continuing education program. Mr. Clark will also be available to answer questions following his presentation.
