Session Chairs:
- Phaneendra Kondapi, Granherne/KBR
- Hari Subramani, Chevron
Session Description:
This session presents expert papers on how chemical engineering principles are applied in the upstream oil and gas field and flow assurance. The session also interacts with industry experts in a panel setting on how chemical engineering fundamentals such as fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat/mass transfer and process chemistry must be understood and applied in order to recover oil and gas from a reservoir and export to the topsides without any flow related issues.
