The keynote, “Does Age Really Matter†– will highlight thoughts on two very critical assets in the industry. First, Manufacturing Facilities that are aging and experiencing significant incidents, and second, aging of our human resource and significant loss of critical process safety management knowledge, and their ultimate impact on the process safety management performance. Thoughts on what industry and other organizations are doing to address these gaps would be reviewed.
