Part 2 of the session is a case study from a plant manager of DuPont, Jana Green, who took action with her employees after the George Floyd murder, to foster small group discussions. Her advanced EDI practices illustrate how she created psychological safety for the employees to share their feelings, ways she facilitated the group discussions with an approach that was mindful of different stakeholder groups. She exhibited high emotional intelligence throughout the discussions and went on to share them operations leaders across the U.S.
