From my first role as an Improvement Engineer to my current role leading a global robotics development program – I am often asked “How did you end up in Robotics?†I am going to share my technical career while discussing the motivations, the skills and the work that lead to the multiple jobs in my 20+ year career; including roles in Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Technology and now Robotics. My goal is to encourage the audience to set a vision for how they want to deliver value, build multi-disciplinary skills and create new opportunities where they least expect it.
