Deficiencies and Prospects of Safety Management in China's Chemical Enterprises

There are unilateral management modes such as "personnel-based management", "accident-based management" and "hidden danger-based management", but lack risk-based system safety management concepts and methods in the safety management and monitoring of China's chemical industry, which is also the main reason for the low safety performance and frequent accidents in China's chemical industry. The defect of unilateral management modes and the advantages of risk-based system safety management methods are analyzed in this paper to forecast the transformation of safety management in China's chemical industry and the way of systematic safety management, which would enhance the safety performance level of China's chemical industry as a whole.
