The speaker is President-Elect of AIChE, past chair of the Licensing and Professional Development Committee and is currently transitioning out of chairing the PAIC subcommittee on licensing. Ms. Grubbe will share some data around the global workforce, its mobility and how companies are now starting to fill their needs for skilled technical labor. She will also share how AIChE is responding to this trend, and will offer a view of the “career of the future†and how many of us will acquire and verify our skill sets for our future employers.
