Registration Info
Conference Dates: January 7-9, 2020
- Registration includes admission to all sessions, scheduled meals, breaks, networking events and conference proceedings, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the conference.
- Group registration: A discount of 15% is available for groups of 5 or more regular participants of the same affiliation (e.g., universities, research institutes or companies), it does not apply to students and on-site registration. Email lucya@aiche.org for Promo Code.
- Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact lucya@aiche.org.
- IfS and AIChE members receive membership rates. You can become an IfS member here and an AIChE member here.

*The Copthorne Kings Hotel is located in downtown Singapore and is about a 15 min taxi ride from the conference venue. The location will suit those looking to stay closer to downtown; anyone looking for a location closer to the venue should consider the Park Avenue hotel (8 min taxi away) or anoter location of their choosing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests can be made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States), or by emailing customerservice@aiche.org.
- If your cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the first day of the event, AIChE will refund your paid registration fees minus an administration charge of $100.00.
- Registrants canceling fewer than 30 days prior to the first day of the event (or failing to attend) will not receive a refund.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual for a $50 administration charge.
Travel and Visa
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
