Sustainability Credentials Pre-Screening Survey

This is the first step towards helping to develop your credential and enhancing your profile as sustainability professional.

In this self-assessment, you will be presented with questions focused on 7 key drivers of sustainability (including Safety, Environmental Performance, Product Stewardship, Social Responsibility, Value Chain, Innovation, Economics, and Corporate Commitment) to determine your current level of knowledge and skills.

Your responses will be evaluated by an expert advisory board. The board will provide possible suggestions to expand your knowledge and skill set in the field of sustainability. If determined necessary, you will be presented the opportunity to take approved prerequisite courses prior to enrolling in the program.

For an accurate assessment, please answer all questions by yourself, and to the best of your knowledge. You should complete all fields.
