Tivoli Gardens Tour
Includes Park Entrance, Ride Pass, & Dinner
In the heart of Copenhagen lies Tivoli Gardens, the second-oldest amusement park in the world. Since 1843, Tivoli has welcomed guests to a world of enchanting experiences. Each year, the Gardens are filled with a stunning array of flowers, making Tivoli a perfect destination to simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings, colourful blooms, and serene fountains.
Discover over 30 thrilling rides, including a variety of roller coasters, freefall adventures, a haunted house, bumper cars, as well as a traditional ferris wheel, carousel, children’s rides and a fun house! Awaken your inner child and see the world upside down with all the charming, thrilling, and fun rides.
You can also explore Tivoli Gardens’ charming stalls and shops, where you’ll find a treasure trove of unique gifts and souvenirs. Discover Scandinavian design, LEGO sets, wooden Andersen fairytale figurines, and world-renowned licorice from Lakrids by Bülow.
We will meet for dinner at 6:00 pm at Havesalen in Påfuglen. The majestic peacocks that roam freely and elegantly around the Garden have given their name to the restaurant, which enthralls with the same beauty of its namesake. When you enter the Peacock's beautiful halls and salons, you are greeted by breathtaking mirror paintings with well-known characters from the Pantomime Theatre. Dinner will include an arrival drink and snacks, a three course menu, coffee, tea and sweets.
The group will walk to the Tivoli Gardens from the Tivoli Congress Center at 2:30pm. The trip is about 15 minutes each way. The group will walk back to the Tivoli Congress Center at the conclusion of dinner.
Carlsberg Brewery Tour
Includes Dinner
Take a journey through the history and heritage of Carlsberg, from 1847 until today. Through compelling storytelling, interactive games, and original details from the old brewery, you will learn about Carlsberg's founding, the art of brewing, and the impact the Jacobsen family and Carlsberg have left on society. The exhibition ends in the Carlsberg Bar, where you will be treated to a perfectly served beer. Our group will then walk across the courtyard to the Madklubben restaurant, located in Carlsberg's historic buildings for a 3-course dinner including bread, dessert, and of course, Carlsberg beer.
The bus will depart from the Tivoli Congress Center at 3:00pm. The trip is about 15 min each way, and group will separate into several tour groups, with the first beginning the tour at 3:30pm. For accessibility, there is one elevator in the exhibition and one to the restaurant.
Dinner will be from 6:00pm -8:15pm. The bus will depart at 8:30pm precisely for the Tivoli Congress Center. Latecomers will be responsible for their own transportation back to the hotel.
Kronberg Castle Tour
Dinner is NOT included
Kronborg's history goes back 600 years, and the castle has seen many things in its time - magnificent feasts, horrific wars, looting and an all-consuming fire. On this guided tour you will experience all the highlights of Kronborg and get up close to the lives of Frederik II and Queen Sophie in the distinguished chambers and magnificent halls. Duration: 60 minutes.
The bus will depart from Tivoli at 2:45pm. The trip is about 50 min each way, and the tour will begin at 4:00pm. There are a number of stairs at Kronborg and no elevators at the castle.
After the tour your will have free time to explore the nearby town of Helsingør. This unplanned portion of your trip offers the perfect opportunity to personalize your experience, discover hidden gems, and engage in spontaneous adventures. You can also indulge in a self-arranged dinner in Helsingør next to the castle before returning to the hotel.
