AIChE’s LGBTQ+ & Allies community is dedicated to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for chemical engineers or related professionals who identify as LGBTQ+ or allies.

The continued support of AIChE to encourage the chemical engineering community as a whole to become more inclusive of LGBTQ+ professionals and their allies will continue to make our profession even stronger.

Endowment funds raised will subsidize AIChE’s LGBTQ+ & Allies Online Community, and the development of webinars and other educational resources to help organizations of all sizes confront implicit biases and create safer and more inclusive workplace environments.
