DuPont de Nemours on Wednesday shared plans to split into three separate companies focused on water, electronics and industrial solutions within the next 18-24 months. It also confirmed that CEO Ed Breen would step down and into the role of executive chairman, effective June 1, and be succeeded by Lori Koch.
