These are times of unprecedented expansion and globalization at AIChE:
CCPS continues its robust growth due to the urgent need for process safety improvement across industries around the globe, and a vibrant process safety cultural initiative.
With more educational options, including corporate training and continuing education courses, through new online and in-person classroom-style offerings, more members and their colleagues are interacting with AIChE than ever before.
AIChE’s visibility and relevance are on the rise, with 30 percent more regional and topical conferences, symposia, workshops and congresses.
Streamlining: doing more with less.
AIChE’s move to the new Global Home of Chemical Engineers provides conference rooms, guest offices and training facilities that feature state-of-the-art communication infrastructure for members, volunteers and staff.
All this is packaged into an efficient, more streamlined workspace. The new location also houses other not for profit organizations such as the United Negro College Fund, Catalyst, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Like these other organizations, AIChE will benefit from a lower rent structure developed especially for not-for-profit tenants.
The streamlined workspace is uniquely designed to support more efficient business development and execution.
Exciting and innovative education and training courses will be offered in AIChE’s new home beginning in February, 2014. Stay tuned for a full course lineup.
The new Global Home of Chemical Engineers, along with AIChE’s Connecticut-based customer service operation, will make for a truly efficient organization now and into the future.
