OnVu time-temperature indicator (TTI) system

OnVu is a time-temperature indicator (TTI) system that monitors the freshness of perishable goods. OnVu TTIs are supplied as either printing inks or labels and can, in principle, be used for any product that is sensitive to temperature. Once activated by a suitable light source, the TTI first becomes dark and then grows progressively lighter as time passes, and if and when the ambient temperature rises. Exposure to higher temperatures than those prescribed accelerates the lightening process of the color.

EOTec 2104 industrial Ethernet ring switch

The EOTec 2104 industrial Ethernet ring switch comes preconfigured for ring redundancy, offering virtual plug-and-play performance for quick and easy startup and commissioning. The switch uses self-healing ring topology, featuring the ease of operation of an unmanaged switch, while providing the benefits of a managed switch. In addition to offering fast recovery times (30 ms + 5 ms/hop), the switch allows for real-time data transfer with IEEE 802.3 Ethernet compliance. The EOTec 2104 also offers diagnostic outputs for use in critical process applications.

HT-24 ultrahigh-throughput centrifugal evaporator

 The HT-24 ultrahigh-throughput centrifugal evaporator is designed for organic synthesis, HPLC and compound purification. Designed around two HT-12 Series II evaporators, the HT-24 enables users to simultaneously evaporate two samples made in different solvents. The high-throughput design of the HT-24 allows up to 96 shallow-well microplates to be dried down at the same time, while capacity for standard 16 ¥ 100-mm fraction collector tubes is 576 tubes/run.

AST47HP Series Sensors

 The AST47HP Series meets the growing need for pressure sensors with ratings to 60,000 psig (4,000 bar) for applications such as high-pressure wells, hydraulics, injection molding equipment, water jets and downhole instrumentation. These sensors are also suitable for water-jetting applications used in food processing, concrete and tile cutting and metal fabrication. They incorporate a one-piece stainless-steel sensing element that is free of silicone oil, welds or O-rings.

PHTEMP101

The PHTEMP101 is a standalone pH and temperature recorder that measures and records up to 13,107 measurements per channel. This battery-powered device connects directly to most standard pH and ORP electrodes. The non-volatile, solid-state storage medium provides maximum data security, even if the battery becomes discharged.

Hyperflo Porostar filtration media

Hyperflo Porostar filtration media are up to 50% more permeable than conventional mesh laminates, resulting in reduced pressure differentials. Made of stainless steel for durability and cleanability, these devices can be custom-fabricated for filtration applications requiring ratings of 40 µm or larger.

Chopper Hopper

Combining solids reduction and transfer pumping into one efficient unit, the Chopper Hopper is a unique and aggressive solids-reduction pumping system that reduces whole produce (pineapples, pumpkins, corn or any other fruits or vegetables) into an easy-to-handle puree or mash. Up to three stages of solids reduction are available for coarse, medium and fine particle size. The unit maximizes processing, requires minimal maintenance and reduces overall cost of ownership.

Tetra Detector Array

The Tetra Detector Array is ideal for the characterization of natural and synthetic polymers, biopolymers and proteins. It consists of a patent-pending Low-Angle Light-Scattering (LALS) detector, four capillary viscometer detectors, patent-pending refractometer and selectable wavelength UV/VIS. All the detectors, as well as the GPC columns, are contained within a heated oven compartment with temperature control to 80°C, which means the sample is not exposed to variations in temperature.

MDM chemical process non-metallic magnetic drive pumps

The MDM chemical process non-metallic magnetic drive pumps utilize the highest-grade samarium cobalt magnet capsules to handle highly corrosive and toxic chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. Their design features construction materials of ETFE, for cost-effective handling of most aggressive chemistries, and PFA, for added temperature capabilities and high purity applications. Available bearing systems of carbon and high-purity alumina ceramic, or alpha-sintered silicon carbide, ensure process integrity. The pumps handle heads up to 350 ft and flows to 350 gal/min.

V-Slam Impactor

Designed for size reduction of minerals, ores and chemicals, the V-Slam Impactor has a particle-size reduction ratio up to 15:1 with speeds up to 12,500 ft/min and a capacity range from 5 to 100 t/h. The unit is equipped with an indexing feed tube and anvil ring. It also has a hydraulic-powered opening on the top housing for easy access and an automatic recirculating lubrication system. Distributor plates, shoes and other impeller components are easy to replace.
