Designed to monitor rotating, non-critical equipment, Pump SystemAlert utilizes both electrical and mechanical(e.g., vibration) input parameters to provide real-time machine health status of pump systems and other motor-driven equipment. Monitoring electrical characteristics can help find problems such as motor overload, phase imbalance or even improper wiring. Pump SystemAlert allows existing or new sensors installed throughout a piece of rotating equipment to continuously collect and record maintenance and process data.

Compact and low-cost Apollo AE Series electric actuators are now available with a factory-installed 4–20-mA positioner that improves control in applications requiring flow throttling. Ideal for quarter-turn valve and damper applications, the NEMA 4 and 4X positioner offers 4–20-mA control activated incremental modulation. Other options include a locking brake, and heater and thermostat. When outfitted for modulating applications, the actuators provide push-button set-up, automatic calibration, signals for selectable input, position feedback and fail position.

The P10000 series high-accuracy pressure sensor features technology based on a highly stable piezoresistive silicon chip. It can achieve an accuracy of better than ±0.25% fullscale fullscale pressure over a wide temperature range. The device is suitable for an extensive range of test applications where stability of reading, premium accuracy and high dynamic response are required. The P10000 is available in pressure ranges from 1 to 700 bar, with 5-V, 10-V or 4-to-20-mA outputs.

The MULTISTREAM B-80 solids flowmeter is designed as an enclosed inline measuring system for continuous acquisition of flowrates and totalized amounts. Accommodating flowrates up to 100 ton/h, the device is ideal for applications involving pulverized to granular materials with a grain size up to 30 mm. Additionally, its compact design eliminates headroom loss, making it easy to integrate into existing production lines. The VSA-1227 and VSA-1247 vibration spectrum analyzers are the first ruggedized PDA-based instruments for vibration analysis using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) displays for integrated-circuit-piezoelectric (ICP) accelerometers. The VSA-1227 provides two analog input channels and the VSA-1247 provides four analog input channels. The units come with Datastick Spectrum software for vibration analysis and Datastick Connection Lite software for general-purpose data acquisition.
