Inline Wet Mixer

This high-speed inline wet mixer processes material through a patented modular shear-action mixing head that forces all product through several stages of high-speed rotors and stators to achieve a consistent and repeatable finished product. It is easily configured to match precise viscosity requirements, and features a modular, all-stainless-steel construction that incorporates from 1 to 12 shear-action zones. It can handle viscosities above 100 cP at flowrates from 0.5 to 300 gal/min, as well as applications requiring dispersion down to 1 µm.

Side Entry Mixers

These heavy-duty side-entry mixers are designed with easy access to all bearings, seals, grease fittings and lube ports. They can be maintained using off-the-shelf commercial components to minimize costs and downtime. They feature steel housings, rigid motor mounts, oversized shafting, Dodge type E piloted dual-tapered roller bearings, belt drives with QD-style bushings, and HYFLO 4-blade impellers. Seal materials and construction materials are customizable. The mixers are available in sizes ranging from 1.5–300-hp motors, 1.5–6-in.-dia. shafts, and 12–48-in. impellers.

Two-Stage Tandem Rotary-Screw Compressors

These two-stage tandem rotary-screw compressors provide excellent full-load efficiency, and have demonstrated a 2-yr payback in energy savings over single-stage compressors. The TS-20, TS-32 and TS-32S models have constant-speed drives and capacities of 500–3,000 actual ft3/min (acfm). The V-200TS and V-320TS variable-speed-drive models have a capacity range of 495–2,310 acfm. All models in both series have pressure capacities ranging from 100 to 175 psig, and use the manufacturer’s spiral valve technology to match pressure and capacity with system demand.

Driflex oil-conditioning system

The Driflex oil-conditioning system completely removes free, emulsified and dissolved water from a wide variety of industrial and mobile lubrication and hydraulic systems. Dirt and water contamination is responsible for 70–80% of lubricated-equipment wear and failures. This system reduces water concentration and improves particulate-filtration effectiveness to optimize oil condition and minimize equipment wear, reducing maintenance expenses and costly downtime.

Big bubble mixing technology

“Big bubble” mixing technology provides a cost-effective method of pH equalization using magnesium hydroxide rather than sodium hydroxide. Unlike NaOH, which is toxic, Mg(OH)2 is nontoxic, and it is four times more effective than NaOH at lowering the pH of water. Sodium hydroxide is typically used for neutralization because Mg(OH)2 tends to settle, making it difficult to mix using conventional equipment. This new technology effectively mixes Mg(OH)2 in tanks of almost any size, configuration or material of construction.

ChemDrain line of CPVC chemical waste drain systems

Several new items have been added to the ChemDrain line of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) chemical waste drain systems, including 8-in. pipe and fittings and a variety of drains. The 8-in. fittings include 1/4 bends, 1/8 bends, 1/16 bends, sanitary tees, wyes, combination wyes, reducing wyes, couplings, bushings and cleanout adapters. CPVC piping systems have a high temperature rating and are resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, bases, caustics, salts, aliphatic solutions and other common agents used in chemical waste processes.

Type 304 stainless steel cord connectors

Type 304 stainless steel cord connectors are available in conduit sizes from 0.25 in. to 3.0 in. They provide excellent corrosion resistance and toughness, and are widely used in petrochemical plants and chemical manufacturing/processing facilities, food processing facilities, and medical device manufacturing plants.

Tri-Phaze progressing-cavity system

The Tri-Phaze is a patented progressing-cavity system designed for multiphase pumping in the oil and gas industry. It allows all fluids produced at the well site, including oil, water and gas, to be transported simultaneously through a single pipeline to a central processing station. Its abrasion resistance allows for smooth transfer of sandy fluid. It can generate flowrates of up to 60,000 bbl of fluid per day (BFPD), with suction pressures up to 900 psi and discharge pressures up to 1,200 psi. Its stator elastomer formulation provides excellent resistance to aromatics.

The Corzan high-pressure flange kit

The Corzan high-pressure flange kit connects a Corzan chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) one-piece flange to pumps, valves and piping transitions, creating a connection with the same pressure-bearing capability as the rest of the CPVC system. This expands the capacity of the flanged joint beyond its typical 150-psi rating. The kit includes a Garlock Stress Saver XP gasket, which has been certified by NSF International to American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/NSF Standard 61 and is chemically compatible with Corzan CPVC.

Threaded Shaft Collars

These threaded one- and two-piece clamp-type shaft collars are designed to be mounted on shafts having unified coarse (UNC), unified fine (UNF), and Acme threads, in bore sizes from 0.25-in. to 16.0-in. inner dia. and various widths. The collars are available in stainless steel and steel with a black oxide finish, as well as aluminum and alloys. They are available as stub-Acme, double-Acme, and bearing locknuts in both English and metric sizes, as well as with a triple-link hinge. The collars are non-marring and easy to adjust, and have high axial holding power.
