Angela Lebbon

Angela is a Behavioral Leadership Specialist with Eastman Chemical. She also serves as a Safety Commissioner with the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. Angela specializes in change management of leaders who drive frontline safety behavior and engagement. Angela has led the implementation of several human performance, continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in incident reductions within 6-12 months across operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Angela previously consulted in oil refining, energy and utilities, furniture manufacturing, healthcare, and food services, in addition to working as an assistant professor in New York. Angela holds a Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, with a specialization in Organizational Behavior, and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
