Daniel Euhus
Dan Euhus, Ph.D., P.E. is experienced in process development, commissioning and operations. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology (United States) and started his industrial career with Shell in Houston spending time in in olefins technology and operations. After moving to Chevron, Dan worked in pilot plants and new technology development for projects in heavy oil and biofuels. After two years as an associate professor teaching plant design at Oregon State, then stints with Sabic and Chevron doing technology development again, Dan landed with Shintech in Louisiana as the Superintendent for a brand-new ethylene cracker. Dan led the operations team through commissioning and startup of the new unit and continues to lead the operations team today.
