Mr. Conkle is responsible for the management of energy conversion, process engineering, and pollution prevention research at the Battelle Memorial Institute. He has over 30 years experience at the bench, pilot, and full-scale operating gasification, hydrocracking, chemical synthesis, and polymer processing units. Mr. Conkle obtained a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio. He is the author of over 60 publications and holds six U. S. Patents.
