Peter Droegemueller

Peter Drögemüller studied production engineering at Bremen University, where he also received his PhD on the subject of evaporation of viscous liquids. In 1998 he joined Cal Gavin Ltd (based in the UK) where he is the Research & Development manager. His main research areas are the development of insert technologies to enhance single and two phase heat transfer and the use of inserts for process intensification. He is also involved in the programming of plug-ins for HTRI and Aspen software to design tubular heat exchangers with this technology.
