Sandra Adkins

Sandra started her career over 15 years ago in the wells community as a wireline field engineer, drilling well site leader and well interventions engineer when she joined bp in Alaska. At this time, she completed a masters in applied psychology from University of Pennsylvania and transitioned to work in safety, risk management and ultimately human performance. Sandra and her team are focused on designing safer work so people can work safely globally at bp.
