All AIChE members and chemical engineers are invited to participate in the online survey. A series of initial screening questions are asked to ensure that only those with full-time employment with a background in chemical engineering (or a related field) can complete the survey. The data provided by the respondents will be used to analyze the impact of factors on salary such as race, age, gender, and location, among various others. The 2025 survey will remain open until the end of February 2025.
Be part of a collective effort to uncover trends, highlight disparities, and provide transparency in the chemical engineering profession.
