- BioCyc -- A collection of Pathway/Genome Databases. Each database in the BioCyc collection describes the genome and metabolic pathways of a single organism.
- E.coli Cell Envelope Protein Data -- Database including 452 signal sequences and proteins that build up an E.coli.
- External Scientific Toolkit at the Rockefeller University -- Data analysis resources.
- GenBank -- NIH genetic sequence database, an annotated collection of all publicly available DNA sequences.
