Dr. Anne Kantardjieff graduated from the University of Minnesota’s Chemical Engineering program with a Ph.D. in 2009. She has previously received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Dr. Kantardjieff is currently working in the Upstream Development department at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. There, she is involved in the development of early and late phase clinical programs, including process development, scale-up, tech transfer and clinical manufacturing support. She has also led media development efforts, contributing to the redevelopment of in-house platform processes.
Dr. Kantardjieff is an active member of the cell culture community, and has presented at multiple national conferences and is currently serving as the editor in chief for the ACS Best of BIOT eBook program.
