Registration FAQs
What Does Registration Include?
In addition to access to the conference, registration rates include a hotel room for one guest for the nights of January 5, 6, and 7, breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks throughout the meeting.

Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.
This event is scheduled to be fully in-person. No virtual access portion will be available.
Looking to Share a Hotel Room or Book Additional Nights?
Lower rates are available by sharing a hotel room with a collegue who is also attending the conference.
For alternate registration options, including shared rooms or extra hotel guests, additional or fewer hotel nights, or local attendee options without a hotel room please contact Aibhlin Moye-Linehan (aibhl@aiche.org).
Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.

If you require a visa or invitation letter, please send the following information to invitationletters@aiche.org:

- Proof of registration
- Full Name
- Company/University
- Address
- Any additional necessary information, such as passport or identification information
Letters will be sent via email as PDFs and will contain general event information such as dates and venues. If more specific event information is required, please let us know.
Certificates and Professional Development Hours (PDH)
You will be able to request or download a letter or certificate of participation after the meeting has concluded. To obtain these documents:

Registration Policy
AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
