It is interesting to note that the community of biologists is progressively accepting the concept of information vis-à-vis the case of living systems. The results of research into the deepest intracellular level and on upwards through the rest of the intracellular, physiological, systemic, inter-species, and even ecological levels, are, more often than not, discussing such concepts as information, codes, signals, language, meaning, and other related terms. Most of us know the importance of understanding molecular components and its interactions. However, it is also vital to find out how these chemical compounds were able to produce a dynamic self-organization minimally complex. On the other hand, it is suggested that many of the most fundamental biochemical processes, within living systems, involve the transfer and processing of information. An interesting question that continues to intrigue researchers is: What is the information dynamic in cellular signaling systems? Using Optogenetics may entail not only the control of intracellular signal transduction, but it could also monitor how the temporal signaling dynamic would have an impact on cellular epitranscriptome functioning under different stress conditions.
