Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.

Letters will be sent via email as PDFs and will contain general event information such as dates and venues. If more specific event information is required, please let us know.
Certificates and Professional Development Hours (PDH)
You will be able to request or download a letter or certificate of participation after the meeting has concluded. There are two ways to obtain these documents:

Registration Policy
AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee. Available Daycare Services
Below is a list of nearby daycare services to the conference center. Please note that the services require 30 days of notice to secure care. The primary method of contact for the care services is by phone.
Mamava Pod Suite
The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) and the Hynes Convention Cente feature the Mamava Nursing Pod. These enclosed, private spaces are lactation stations for new mothers that can be used by employees, visitors, and event attendees at our convention centers.`
This ADA Mamava pods is located off of the south rotunda, near the Prudential Center entrance, adjacent to the restroom. Please ask convention center staff for assistance locating the pod.
