To book a stay from June 21-24, click here. If you need to arrive/depart different days, please call the hotel at 408-453-6200 and give our group code AIC. If you have additional questions, please email Solange Rahmeh <srahmeh@HISanJoseHotel.com> and refer to the AIChE mSBW Conference June 22-23.

Getting to the Conference
The closest airport to the venue is the San Jose International Airport.
- Holiday Inn San Jose can be reached by car (~10 minutes) or public transportation (~20 minutes).
San Francisco International Airport is 35 miles away from the venue.
Oakland Aiport is 33 miles away from the venue.
The Holiday Inn also provides complimentary shuttles to and from the San Jose Airport. Meeting attendees can call the hotel at 408-453-6200 and request pick up. The shuttle will takes 5 to 10 minutes to reach the San Jose Airport. Pick up is available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Attendees may arrange their return trip at the front desk.

Travel and Visa
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
