(361e) Management an easy mountain to climb? … really?

Mountain Climbing and Management have a lot in common. Both ‘fields’ present many difficulties but are not insurmountable although the required preparations must not be underestimated. With the right tools and attitude success can be achieved in both endeavors. Conditions that must be assessed have always changed in the past, are changing at this very moment and will certainly continue to change in the future!! No reason to be deterred. In the end it is always a question of how to best deal with people, their capabilities, differences and emotions. In this presentation we will jointly look at some of these underlying principles.
