The session on: Developments in Bio and Renewable Petrochemicals will focus on project and technical developments mainly in the bio and renewable processing of petrochemicals and associated derivative bio and renewable chemicals. These include units with bio-based processes and/or traditional processes, but using bio or renewable based feedstocks, including updates in catalysis, thermodynamic characterization, modeling, economics, and other process innovations. Topic areas can include: bio-PX, bio-PET, bio-BDO, bio-butadiene, ethanol, biobutanol and other bio-based oxy alcohols and derivatives. Topics can also include developments in bio-plastics and bio-materials Discussion can also include the integration and coordination of bio or renewable based processing and traditional processing.
