Professional Experience:

  • Have developed several Computational Fluid Dynamics codes (Finite Difference, Finite Volume, Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics and Lattice-Boltzmann approaches). The codes were used for the solution of numerous engineering problems, including slurry pump simulations, grinding mill backend flow simulations, vertical mill simulations. R. Bertrum Diemer

Khalid Alshibli

Professor Khalid Alshibli is currently serving as a faculty member at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Tennessee-Knoxville (UTK). He served as a faculty member at Louisiana State University (LSU) for almost 11 years before joining UTK in 2011.
