Introduction to The International CCS Knowledge Centre

The International CCS Knowledge Centre’s (the “Knowledge Centre”) mission is to accelerate the global deployment of carbon capture and storage through the advancement of the understanding and use of CCS as a means of managing global GHG emissions.

Mike Monea

Michael (Mike) Monea grew up in Southern Saskatchewan, Canada with a passion for geology which has fuelled his career path to date. He holds designations as a Professional Engineer, Professional Geoscientist and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors. His entrepreneurial vision is the root of his past successes in developing companies and overseeing the construction of mega-projects.

2017 Undergraduate Student Poster Competition

Over the years, the Undergraduate Poster Competition has become one of the highlights of the AIChE Annual Student Conference.

Student Paper Competition

This session includes winning student papers from each of the nine regional paper competitions held earlier this year. Papers will be presented to a panel of judges who will select the top three papers which will be awarded cash prizes sponsored by Omega Chi Epsilon.
